How to apply for Sehat Insaf card Punjab?
Sehat Insaf card: This card gives all the facilities of healthcare services to the poor people of Pakistan who are facing some financial issues, and they are registered at NADRA and have their National Identity card (NIC). The most important thing about this program is that they include the services from both public and private sector of healthcare institutions.

STEPS TO APPLY FOR SEHAT INSAF CARD:
STEP NO 1:
- Firstly, you need to check your eligibility for Sehat Insaf card program, which means that you need to check that, are you able to apply for this program?? Or not?? Because this program is specialized for poor people of Pakistan as they can’t afford their healthcare services.
How to check eligibility???
Send a message of your NIC number to 8500, and afterwards, you will receive news back from the same number. If you receive a notice of eligibility in yes, that means you are eligible for this program Sehat Insaf card and you will further some information related to Sehat Insaf card on the same message.
STEP NO 2:
Go and get your Sehat Insaf card from the center which distributes this card in your district.
STEP NO 3:
Now, determine the empanelled hospitals for Sehat Insaf card.
STEP NO 4:
When you visit these empanelled hospitals, take all the documents along with you which is required according to Sehat Insaf card.
STEP NO 5:
Essential documents are as follows, which is needed:
- Your Sehat Insaf card.
- Original CNIC and If you go for your child treatment, then take his B-form.
STEP NO 6:
When you reach the hospital, the SSP staff in the hospital will verify your Sehat Insaf card and further guide you according to the departments of the hospital for the treatment.

- At last, you will provide your feedback by calling on this number: 0800-09009
- Maybe you will receive a call from SSP staff for your feedback for the treatment you received and your experience.
