Sheheryar studied A-levels from Southshore School and then completed his higher studies by studying Bachelors in Finance from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
Sheryaars father, Munawar Alam Siddiqui was an air commodore (r) in the Pakistan Air Force before switching to business after retirement, his sister Nadia is a business graduate, while his elder brother, Asfandyar, who passed away in a car accident on 23 December 2012, was an investment banker. He is of Sindhi descent from his paternal side and Brahui maternally. The lesser known fact is that Sheheryar’s father, Munawar, is also a board member of Hum Network, founded by Sultana.
In March 2019 he got engaged to Hala Soomro, a doctor at the Ziauddin University, in a private ceremony.[11] The author of some research articles in medicine, Hala is the great-granddaughter of Allah Bux Soomro (d. 1943), an important politician in pre-Partition Sindh, the daughter of Hamir Soomro, an architect and head of the Indus Valley School who was also a candidate for being the Chief Minister of Sindh, like his cousin Dr Younis Soomro,[12] and the niece of Dr Rufina Soomro, a general surgeon in some private hospital in Karachi.
CAREER
Sheheryar started his career as a model and then became an actor. He stepped into acting with a debut in Hum TV’s drama serial Meray Dard Ko Jo Zuban Miley in which he played the character of a deaf and dumb boy. He also appeared in Tanhaiyan Naye Silsilay and Kahi Unkahi. After which he did a supporting role in the drama Zindagi Gulzar Hai, which he played perfectly this role made him more prominent in the eyes of the actors, directors and jury and benefited him further. After these roles, he portrayed a lead role in the hit series ‘Aasmano Pai Likha’ for which he was adored greatly. He made his acting Lollywood debut with the film “Kambakht” in 2014. After that, he appeared in another hit movie “Ho Mann Jahan” and he is also a producer of this movie.
