Meesha made her screen debut in the drama series ‘Mohabbat Khuwab Ki Sorat’ in 2006; in that serial, she played a supporting role. Then, she was seen in another drama serial of GEO Tv’ Yeh Zindagi To Woh Nahi’. Then after a long time, she returned to the small screen in 2016. She played Farrukh Zad in the drama serial ‘Mor Mahal’ starring Fiza Ali, Hina Khawaja Bayat, Zahid Ahmad, and Umair Jaswal.
In 2012, Meesha made her film debut in Hollywood in a small role alongside Riz and Kate Hudson. The film ‘The Reluctant Fundamentalist’ was based on a novel, but it failed to impress or affect the box office audience. She debuted in Bollywood in a well-known Indian film named ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ featuring Farhan Akhtar, Sonam Kapoor, and Divya Datta in 2013.
