Jon Favreau, born on October 19, 1966, in Queens in New York, is an American actor, producer, director, and screenwriter working mainly for the Walt Disney Company’s production.
He notably holds several positions within the Marvel Cinematographic Universe: director of the first film in this universe, Iron Man in 2008, then of Iron Man 2 in 2010, executive producer of Avengers (2012), Iron Man 3 (2013), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), and, in most of these films, actor as Happy Hogan, the assistant, driver and Tony Stark’s bodyguard, aka Iron Man.
