The torrential rains wreaked havoc in Balochistan, flooding Mastung, Khuzdar, Harnai, Noshki, Laura Lai, Dhadar, washed away several cattle, collapsed mud houses, damaged standing crops and disrupted traffic on national highways. Seven tourists were rescued in a flood relay at Maula Chatuk, a resort in Khuzdar, while a bridge near Baduk on the Makran Coastal Highway in Pasni was swept away in the flood relay, cutting off ground connectivity between Gwadar's Lasbela and Karachi and several vehicles.
