The WhatsApp is the world's most popular messaging application used by more than half a billion people every month, but it will stop working on multiple people's phones later this month.
In fact, WhatsApp support for Windows Phone users will end on December 31.
Starting January 1st, users of Windows Phone will no longer receive bug fixes, updates and new features in this most popular messaging application.
And yes most of its features in Windows Phone will stop working suddenly at any time.
Windows Phone is the operating system of Microsoft which the company itself has announced to end support and currently, 0.28% of users worldwide are using Windows Mobile while 74.85% of Android users are using it.
This was announced several months ago by WhatsApp and the last update for these phones was also released in June 2019.
