The arrival of Samsung's new flagship phone Galaxy S20 is still around 3 weeks but rumours and reports about it are constantly coming.
The new phone from the S series, introduced in early 2020, will be rolled out in 3 different versions and rumours suggest all three will support Five G technology.
But according to a new leak about Galaxy S20, one version of the Galaxy S20 will be quite different from other smartphones in the world as it will be given 16GB RAM.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra is said to be the world's first smartphone with 16GB of RAM.
Most people are happy with 4 to 8 GB RAM as well, which is enough to keep the software up to speed, but 16 GB RAM is more than most computers.
The phone will be available with 12 to 16 GB RAM options, while 5000 mAh battery will come with 45 watts fast charging support which can be 100% charge from zero in 74 minutes.
The S20 Ultra 5G is going to keep the SD Card slot. Support for up to 1TB.

It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.

5000 mAh battery with 45W option fast charge. 0 to 100% in 74 min.
The phone will be given a 6.9-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, with 128 to 512 GB storage which can be increased from SD card to 1 TB.
As far as the camera system is concerned, this is the most prominent feature as it will be equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera with 100 x digital zoom, plus 48-megapixel telephoto, 12-megapixel ultra-wide and tee. Off-camera will be provided.
It will be the first phone in the world to offer a 40-megapixel selfie camera on the front which will be offered in a punch-hole design.
Three phones from the Galaxy S20 will be introduced during an event on February 11 in San Francisco
