Signing Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of a digital complex in Peshawar
PESHAWAR: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed for the construction of a digital complex in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.
According to News, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at a ceremony for the construction of a digital complex in Peshawar, signed by PCSIR and KPIT board officials, Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan and Federal Minister for Science Fawad Chaudhry was also present at the ceremony.
According to the MoU, a 20-storey digital complex will be built in Peshawar, the complex will have information technology parks, IT offices and auditoriums and other fields. In the complex training will be given to youths related to I.T, All the information technology facilities will be available under one roof, construction of 16 Kanal land complex will be completed within 3 years.
The Chief Minister said on this occasion that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has to move forward, 2020 will be the IT year, bringing more policies to KP. Meanwhile, a meeting was also held between the Chief Minister KP and Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry, in which the affairs of mutual interest of the country and the province were discussed, the promotion of information technology and cooperation for digital Pakistan was agreed.
Fawad Chaudhry said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's higher education has increased significantly if Pakistan has to move forward it can grow with science technology, Peshawar and KP economy will change in the next 10 years. The federal minister also said that the situation in Afghanistan is getting stable, the Taliban, the United States are moving towards a successful deal, The move will make Pakistan a hub of trade, as 60% of the world's population is 3 and a half hours away from Pakistan.
