Rumours about coronavirus : Google Took Serious Step Against it

Geneva: World Health Organization (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom has called on social media consumers to refrain from rumours about coronavirus.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, WHO is working with Google to advise the World Health Organization on the top of the search engine in virus-related content.

The Director-General not only advised the Internet and social media users but also demanded that they focus only on the real news about coronavirus while avoiding rumours and fabrications.

The World Health Organization held an important meeting on coronavirus. It states that Facebook, including Twitter, is also taking action on false news regarding the deadly virus, possibly removing material that has been reported as the other disease.

Be aware that not only Pakistan but citizens around the world are spreading false news about the unprovoked disease, while the World Health Organization WHO has sought the help of Google to prevent it.

It is clear that coronavirus devastation is ongoing in China, different cities are experiencing desolation; Coronavirus death toll has increased to 361 while more than 17,000 people are infected with the virus.
