UN has resolved the problem of East Timor and not Kashmir : Shireen Mazari

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari has said that the issue of East Timor and Kashmir is the same but the UN has resolved the problem of East Timor and not Kashmir.

Speaking at the assembly, Shireen Mazari said that the Kashmir issue needs a lot of struggle right now, the Foreign Ministry alone cannot highlight the Kashmir issue. Parliamentarians should also go to the UN to remind the issue of the Kashmir repeatedly.

She said that the government did nothing on Kashmir issue is not practically correct to say that. the problem was highlighted by the government in a very short time. If you send out parliamentarians without preparation, then the result will be zero. To fight the Kashmir case, it is important to know the history of Kashmir.

Shireen Mazari said that a letter has also been written to the UN Human Rights Commission. Until a resolution is reached in the UN, a commission will not be formed. the Indian army is torturing women, that the use of weapons as a means of abusing women, military forces should be punished by these crimes.

The Federal Minister said that for the first time, the whole world accepted Pakistan's position on the Kashmir issue. There were two meetings in the UN on the Kashmir issue in which it was discussed. The European Union Parliament also discussed Kashmir issues twice. The world condemning Human rights violations of India. exposing India's real face to the world is Pakistan's diplomatic success. India's position on Kashmir issue is not acknowledging globally.
