Saudi Arabia Introduces Visa On Arrival Facility For Pakistanis

Saudi Arabia introduced the entry visa on Arrival facility more than once for all applicants having Pakistani, Indian and valid British, American or Shenzhen visas.

Gulf News reports that people with visas in Pakistan or those countries will be able to use this one-year visa to pay for a lifetime.

However, this visa will not be used to offer Hajj.

In order to get a one-year visa on-line, travellers will need to have a valid credit card with them so that they can pay a visa fee equal to Rs 18,000 while cash will not be accepted.

In addition, citizens obtaining a visa on-line will be able to stay in Saudi Arabia for a maximum of 90 days at a time, however, they may be admitted more than once.

The report cited the Saudi Airline reservation agent in Dubai as saying the service was launched last month.

"Anyone with a valid British, American or Shenzhen visa can get a Saudi Arabian visa, but this visa will be issued to applicants who have been, at least once, to the United States, Have used UK or Shenzhen visas. '

He said visas would not be issued to people whose passports have been stamped on US, UK or Shenzhen visas, but they have never used them.

In addition, for the first time, those arriving in Saudi Arabia will have to travel by the same airline, including Saudi Airlines, Flyinas or Fly Deal, while those who have already been issued a visa can choose any airline.

Non-Muslims will not be able to travel to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina on this visa, while Muslims will be able to use this visa to pay for Umrah, in addition to the Hajj season, Gulf News reports.

It should be noted that in September 2019, Saudi Arabia announced that it was launching online tourist visas for the first time and opening the empire to people from other countries.

The Saudi government had also relaxed the rules regarding dress for foreign women and the condition for wearing them was abolished.
