Ramzan Sugar Mills case, Hamza Shahbaz granted bail
LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has granted bail to Opposition Leader Hamza Shahbaz in the Ramadan Sugar Mills case and adjourned the hearing till February 11 on application bail in the case of assets beyond means.
According to details, Opposition Leader Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz's hearing in the Ramzan Sugar Mills case was heard in the Lahore High Court, lawyer Amjad Parvez said. A nine-to-10-kilometre-long drain was erected, making the drainage available for convenience. The allegation is it made for Ramadan sugar mills, Hamza Shahbaz was the CEO of the mill.
Hamza Shahbaz lawyer, said that there was no allegation in the documentary evidence presented.

NAB prosecutor told the court that Hamza Shahbaz is the CEO of Ramadan Sugar Mill, which the court has queried how many directors are in Ramadan Sugar Mills, while the NAB prosecutor said that Ramadan Sugar Mills has seven directors but NAB prosecutor Couldn't tell the name of Ramadan Sugar mills directors.

In the Ramadan Sugar Mills case, the court granted bail to Hamza Shahbaz and adjourned the hearing till February 11 on application bail in the case of assets beyond income.
Justice Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi said: "Even if 10,000 people come here, we do not care. We will give bail to whomever we are. We are answerable to our lord. Do you think the courts are unaware, as you have investigated, what is the matter?"
Hamza Shahbaz is believed to have been arrested in the Liabilities case. He has filed a bail plea in the Liabilities case. In another case, the release of Hamza Shahbaz is not possible.
