Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch 'Data for Pakistan' Ehsas district development portal today.
According to details, today Prime Minister will launch the District Development Portal Data for Pakistan, which includes the district data of the development rate from 2004 to 2018.
The Data for Pakistan Portal has been created with the support of the World Bank, the portal will be available on the Social Security and Reduction Poverty Division website, PASS.GOV.PK, This portal will play an important role in the decision-making of institutions at the federal, provincial and district levels.
The portal will help consumers to analyze the poverty rate in different parts of the country; the portal will contain information related to geography, health, education and employment, Information about cleansing, water, electricity and gas supply will also be available in the portal.
Ehsas Data for Pakistan is the only program of its kind in the country, under which making it easier for the public to access such a comprehensive interactive portal. Which contains data on poverty rates for all districts of Pakistan. In this data included 120 development and policy indicators, The Ehsas District Development Portal contains the district data on poverty and development rates for the period of 2004- to 2018.
Considering that the Citizen Portal, another project by Prime Minister Imran, has had tremendous success, through this portal, complaints of people across the country are processed immediately.
A report released a few days ago regarding this portal said it had resolved 92% of the complaints. In his message to the social networking site Twitter, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the Citizens Portal received more than 1.5 million requests in 15 months, 92% of these complaints have been resolved.
