Police arrested a man allegedly abusing a child in Muzaffargarh

Police arrested a man allegedly abusing a child in Muzaffargarh district of Punjab province.

In addition, the police filed a First Information Report (FIR) of the incident under section 377 of Pakistan in the case of Sethpur, the police station of the victim's father.

According to the FIR, the complainant's son went to read the Holy Quran at the mosque adjoining Darbar Sharif around 6.30 am, but abnormally he returned crying and told his father and others about the incident there.

According to the FIR of the incident, the accused comes to pray daily in the mosque.

The FIR reported that the accused took the child to the Darbar Sharif's room outside the Quran room, where he allegedly misbehaved with his and also gave the child 10 rupees to remain silent but the child refused to take it and returned home.

In addition, Malik Sharif Malana, the SHO of the Saitpur police station, said that the police arrested the accused and registered a case.
