Islamabad: Federal Minister for Communications Murad Saeed achieved great success and in 17 months the NHA's revenue increased by 27 billion 93 crores 93 lakhs while more than Rs 12 crore was received through accountability.

According to details, positive results of reforms in the PM-led institutions have started to come out, the Ministry of Communications has released a monthly performance report, which recorded a steady increase this month in the NHA's Revenue.

The monthly performance report states that in the 17 months till now, the NHA's revenue has increased by 27 billion 93 crores 93 lakhs, the increase in revenue is almost 70% higher than the previous government, after which the total revenue of the current government is 65 billion 28 crores 24.

According to the report, more than Rs 12 crore was collected from the accountability act, while the expenditure from the simplicity campaign reduced more than Rs 30 crore and also recovered illegally acquired government land worth billions of rupees.

The monthly performance report stated that the business plan for self-sufficiency of the company has also begun.

Remember that the revenue of the National Highway Authority (NHA) increased by Rs 25 billion 80 crores last month, the Ministry of Communications said that the revenue of the Federal Institute increased by 66% over the previous government and the current government Total revenue has 63 billion 61 crores.

Earlier in December 2019, the revenue of the Ministry of Communications increased by Rs 24 billion 42 crores, while Rs 11 billion 90 crores of embezzling were received in major projects and records of cases provided to the Prime Minister's inquiry commission and NAB.

The ministry had saved Rs 23 crores 78 lakh through a simplicity campaign and was told that the company has started its own business program rather than relying on the national exchequer, while the largest public-private partnership project in Pakistan has been announced.
