In Hong Kong, Democrat protesters slammed two police officers for the worst violence.

According to the news agency AFP, the situation took a serious turn when the police were trying to disperse the protesters while two police officers in plainclothes started talking to the protestors.

Meanwhile, a group of masked protesters attacked two officers with umbrellas and sticks, and the protesters suffered the worst violence until the officers were protected.

"We strongly condemn all riots and violent acts," police spokesman Ng Lok Chun said.

Police later arrested Vents Low for obstructing police affairs.

Immediately after the attack on the officers, police entered the area and fired tear gas to disperse the protesters.
