How to Cook Bean Butter?

Method 1: Beans butter sauté

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • Mixed beans (can)1 can (1 can contain 240g)
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Starch: 3-4 tbsp
  • Butter: 20g
  • Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup: Appropriate amount
  • Dry parsley: a little

Preparation

  • Raise the mixed beans into a colander and drain the juice well.

How to make it?

  1. Crush the well-drained mixed beans with a masher, add salt and potato starch, and mix well.
