Great news for students who take the Sindh Public Service Commission examinations. KARACHI: Sindh High Court ordered the formation of high-level inquiry commission for investigation of Sindh Public Service Commission Examinations 2003 and the commission completed the inquiry within six months and submitted a report to the chief secretary.

According to details, a hearing was held in Sindh High Court on the charges of rigging and fraud in Sindh Public Service Commission examinations 2003, in which the court ordered the formation of a high-level inquiry commission to investigate the 2003 exams.

The court in its order said that the Secretary Law and the Secretary Services should also be made part of the three-member commission and the commission should complete the inquiry within six months and submit a report to the chief secretary.

The court directed that the Commission hear the stand of all the parties and determine the accused responsible for the fraud and that the candidates who have taken the job in the examinations should also be heard.

The Sindh High Court ordered that the Chief Secretary should set up a three-member enquiry commission within 15 days. The inquiry commission would conduct a transparent review of all the failed and failed candidates and submit the report to the chief secretary within a month.

The court said that without the recruitment of merit the performance of the institutions is not possible, the Public Service Commission will act impartially and merit.
