Excessive fatigue at all times increases the risk of lethal disease

Do you suffer from fatigue, loss of physical energy, tiredness and irritability all the time? It can also be harmful to your heart.

In fact, the above symptoms may be the result of a syndrome called burnout, which can lead to disorientation in the heartbeat.

This was revealed in a US medical study.

Southern California University research suggests that burnout increases the risk of heart attack disorder, also known as atrial fibrillation.

Abnormal disorder in the heartbeat is regarded as a risk factor for life-threatening diseases such as heart attack and stroke.

Researchers, published in the European Journal of Perinatal Cardiology, say that excessive fatigue, also known as burnout syndrome, usually results from constant stress in the office or at home, is different from depression, and the results make it even more convincing that controlling it can be fatal.

The causes of atrial fibrillation have not yet been fully elucidated, and research reports in the past have yielded mixed results, and now this new research has not fully explained the relationship between severe fatigue and heart failure.

The study found more than 11,000 people who had severe fatigue, anger complaints as they were using sedatives and were evaluated for 25 years.

The results showed that people who complain of excessive burnout have a 20% higher risk of heart attack disorder than others.

Researchers say more research is needed in this regard to help suggest measures that can save people from the problem.
