Dramatic reduction of air pollution in various countries Due to Corona virus

The Coronavirus that spread from Wuhan to China in December last year has reached almost the world, causing more than 193.3 million sick people and 13,400 deaths due to the outbreak.

But in countries around the world where a large part of the population has been put in quarantine as a result of this global outbreak, air pollution has dropped dramatically.

NASA's photos in early March showed a significant reduction in air pollution as a result of the outbreak in China.

Photos taken from NASA's space show a significant reduction in air pollution across China.

NASA scientists say the level of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) has dropped, emitting from gas vehicles, power plants and industrial centers.

Photos from NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA) pollution monitoring satellites were compared to the first 2 months of 2019 and 2 months this year.

Now the outbreak has been largely controlled in China, and recent photos of the European Space Agency have once again shown an increase in NO2 emissions.

But other countries are seeing a significant reduction in air pollution.

In Venice, the water of the canals has become transparent without running boats, while in Thailand and Japan, monkeys and deer are wandering the streets that are now empty of tourists.

As the European Agency has seen a significant drop in pollution rates in northern Italy, the reason for this is to stop the area from spreading to Covid 19.

Similar changes have been seen in Barcelona and Madrid, where the Spanish administration banned people from their homes in mid-March.
