One idea is that since nuts like peanuts are naturally dry, their food makes them feel thirsty and the presence of the oil in it proves to stay out of the water. Another idea is that eating peanuts produces heat in the body and that is why it is eaten more in winter.
This is why drinking water reduces this temperature, but the simultaneous occurrence of heat and cooling can lead to a number of illnesses like colds, coughs and respiratory diseases, as well, some experts recommend drinking water after any meal. Do not consider good practice as it increases the chances of indigestion or acidity, so it is best to wait at least ten to fifteen minutes.
Likewise, the idea that drinking water after eating peanuts causes gastrointestinal problems, especially in children, is often the result of allergies to peanuts and makes drinking conditions worse.
