Manmohan Desai

Manmohan Desai is one of the most successful Hindi filmmakers. He made several commercial hits. Some of his successful films at the box office include Amar Akbar Anthony and Mard.

His wife died in 1979. In 1992, he formed a new relationship with actress Nanda which lasted till his death.

Manmohan Desai was called the king of spice films but later his films started failing. In March 1994, he jumped from the balcony of his flat in Garh village, killing him.

Divya Bharti

Famous Bollywood actress Divya Bharti died under very mysterious circumstances.

According to her husband Sajid Nadiadwala, Divya jumped from the fifth-floor apartment. The incident took place on April 5, 1993. Divya Bharati was only 19 at the time. Until then, she had acted in 14 films.

Silk Smitha

Silk Smita's real name was Vijay Lakshmi. She was an orphan and was adopted by a woman from Andhra Pradesh. At the age of 16, Silk Smitha moved to Madras with her mother. Stepping into films as a make-up artist, Smitha gradually started working in films. Initially, she played a negative role.

Silk was found dead in her flat in Chennai in September 1996.

Reem Kapadia

She was found dead in London in 2000. She is thought to have committed suicide, but no details have been released.

Jiya Khan

Kaljit Randhawa

Kaljit Randhawa was a close friend of Nafisa Joseph. Nafisa's death severely damaged her.

In February 2006, everything was going well. She completed the shooting of the film 'By Chance' and also played the lead role in the Star One serial 'Special Squad' but her body was also found hanging from a fan.

In her last post before committing suicide, she wrote that she could not cope with the pressures of life.
