ISLAMABAD: The agreement between the UK and Pakistan aviation has been reached, the deal purpose is to help the UK aviation authority during the transition phase from the European Union.

According to details, the agreement between UK and Pakistan aviation has been reached, Federal Secretary for Aviation, Hassan Nasir Jami and Acting British High Commissioner Richard Crowder signed MoU in Islamabad, Federal Minister for Aviation, Ghulam Sarwar Khan was also present.

The purpose of the agreement is to assist the UK aviation authority during the transition phase from the European Union to the Air Services Agreement between the United Kingdom and Pakistan. There are several provisions relating to the UK's European Union membership.

Due to the separation of the UK from the European Union, it has been decided to amend the draft of the Air Services Agreement.

Remember that a few days ago a team from the British DFT Home Department visited New Islamabad Airport and declared security satisfactory at the airport, the purpose of the visit was to check the security of flights departing directly from Pakistan.

Civil Aviation, ASF and PIA also inspected British team at the airport, searching goods and aircraft, and parts of cargo, While, the staff gave a detailed briefing to the British team about the loading of the ship after the screening.

The British team praised the installation of the modern system and the flight service directly to the airport from Pakistan, to Britain in accordance with international standards.

In a tweet from the British High Commission, it was said that the British team agreed to continue cooperation between the airport administration and the authorities, the airport's security system will continue to be implemented.
