Meanwhile, rejecting the Indian Army Chief's statement, the Foreign Office spokesman said that Pakistan would continue its moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiris.

He said that the inhuman lockdown in Kashmir had been 150 days, Pakistan will continue to raise its voice in favour of Kashmiris internationally.

He said that there was no truth in the claims of normalcy in occupied Kashmir; authorities should resolve the issue by UN national security resolutions.

The spokesman said that the senior Kashmiri leadership, especially the younger children, should be freed; 9 lakh security personnel should be expelled immediately from occupied Kashmir.

"India should overcome its internal problems and focus on internal conditions and nationalist terrorism prevention," he said.
