Sri Lanka cricket team arrives in Islamabad to play Test series in Pakistan
The Test series, which will be played in the country after 10 years, will begin on December 11, where the Sri Lankan team will play their World T20 Championship matches.
The first Test between the two teams will be played at Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, followed by the second Test match from December 19 to 23 at the National Stadium in Karachi.
The Sri Lankan team that arrived in Pakistan is not with his fast bowler, Saranga Lakmal, as the Sri Lankan cricket board announced yesterday that he will not be part of the squad due to dengue fever.

Suranga Lakmal has been replaced by Asitha Fernando and will be part of the squad in the second match.
In addition, Sri Lanka has provided former captain Dinesh Chandimal a chance to return to his squad but will be led by Dimuth Caronarten.
On the other hand, Fawad Alam has returned to Pakistan's 16-member Test team and will appear to be in the national team led by Azhar Ali.
It should be noted that in September, the Sri Lanka cricket team came to Pakistan to play 3 one-dayers and 3 T20s.
