Rizwan Is Also on Wisden's List of Cricketers of the Year

Wisden has announced the names of the five best players of the year and Pakistan's wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has made it to the list thanks to his excellent performance. Wisden, the biblical body of cricket, has announced the names of the five best players of the year, including Pakistan's Muhammad Rizwan, while no Indian batsman has made it to the list.

Wisden named Mohammad Rizwan as well as West Indies' Jason Holder and England's Zack Crowley, Dominic Sibley, and Darren Stevens as Player of the Year. In addition, England's famous all-rounder Ben Stokes won the Cricketer of the Year award for the second year in a row.
In the April 15 issue of the Wisden Almanac, Ben Stokes was named Player of the Year, scoring the most 671 runs at an average of 58.28 in Test cricket, as well as taking 19 wickets. Wisden named Beth of Australia the woman of the year and Karen Pollard the T20 cricketer of the year.
