Lahore Qalandars reached Multan Super League (PSL) final by defeating Multan Sultans by 25 runs due to David Visa's brilliant performance. In the second eliminator played at National Stadium Karachi, Multan Sultans won the toss and elected to field first.
Fakhr Zaman and Tamim Iqbal made a good start for Lahore Qalandars with 46 runs while Junaid Khan got the first victory by dismissing Tamim Iqbal who scored 20 runs. Captain Sohail Akhtar was dismissed for 54 off just 5 runs, after which Mohammad Hafeez added 19 runs to take the score to 94 and gave away the wicket to Shahid Afridi.
Fakhr Zaman continued to bat responsibly and was dismissed for 105, just four runs short of his half-century. Shahid Afridi limited the offensive batsman Ben Dink to 3 runs but David Vishay and Samat Patel batted well to take the team to a great total.
Samat Patel was dismissed for 26 in the last overs. Lahore Qalandars scored 182 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated overs. David Wiese top-scored with 48 without being dismissed, for which he faced just 21 balls, hitting five fours and three sixes.
For Multan Sultans, Shahid Afridi took the most 2 wickets. Multan Sultans chased down the target with 47 runs for the first wicket in the form of Zeeshan Ashraf, who scored just 12 runs. England's Adam Laith continued his batting and completed his half-century by advancing the team's score.
David Wiese also took the wicket of Adam Laith, giving the team an important victory in batting bowling. Laith was dismissed for 80 runs. Captain Shaun Masood along with Riley Russo took the score to 102 and was dismissed for 27 runs. Harris Rauf ended Riley Russo's innings at 18 and dismissed Shahid Afridi for zero, after which David Wiese took the wicket of Sohail Tanveer.
Khushdal Shah tried to resist by scoring 30 off 19 balls but Shaheen Shah Afridi ended his innings at 155 and then took the wicket of Muhammad Ilyas. Imran Tahir was the last batsman to be dismissed by Dilbar Hussain. Multan Sultans were all out for 157 in the last over.
For Qalandars, David Wiese and Haris Rauf took 3, 3, and Shaheen Afridi two wickets. Earlier, Multan Sultans captain Shaun Masood decided to field first after winning the toss and invited Lahore Qalandars to bat. Both teams were composed of these players for the match.

In the first eliminator of PSL 2020, Lahore Qalandars defeated Peshawar Zalmi and expelled him from the league. In the first eliminator, Peshawar Zalmi batted first and scored 170 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated overs in which Shoaib Malik was prominent by scoring 39 runs.
