Former Australian all-rounder Dean Jones said in a video message on Twitter that he had decided to go with the new coach next season after talking to Islamabad United owners. Dean Jones expressed disappointment over Islamabad United's decision, saying that I was disappointed because we were twice champions and won 6 of 8 playoffs.
He said that these 4 years have been fantastic, many young players have played for Islamabad United and then represented Pakistan and thanks to these players we have won championships.
