Islamabad United defeated Lahore Qalandars by one wicket after a thrilling contest in the Pakistan Superleague (PSL) 2020.
At Qaddafi Stadium Lahore, host Qalandars batted first at the invitation of Islamabad United, while Fakhar Zaman and CHRIS LYNN landed on the field.
The Lahore Qalandars suffered a loss early in the innings when Mohammad Musa took the crucial wicket of Chris Lynn.
However, veteran Mohammad Hafeez came along to help Fakhar Zaman and the duo put up a brilliant 67-run partnership for the second wicket.
Fakhr made 33 off 26 balls that rival captain Shadab Khan smashed his wickets.
Still, Qalandars were not able to handle the loss that both Captain Sohail Akhtar and D WIESE returned to the pavilion.
