Azhar Ali, the captain of Pakistan's Test team, put up his valuable jersey and bat for auction to contribute to the relief fund against the coronavirus.
Azhar Ali announced the auction of two valuable items of his cricket career to contribute to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund against the virus.
"I am putting two of my dearest things up for auction to help people in crisis situations with the virus," he said in an announcement on the social networking site Twitter.

He said that the bidding for these two items would start from Rs 1 million per item and the bidding process would continue till May 5.
Among the two items that Azhar Ali put up for auction is his call to score a triple century against the West Indies and become the first batsman in the world to score a triple century in the Day-Night Test.
He also put up his Champions Trophy 2017 shirt for auction, where Pakistan defeated India in the final to win the title.
He said in his video posted on Twitter that this shirt of the Champions Trophy has the signatures of all the players of the squad.
"Both of these things are very close to my heart, but I would be happier if they could help people in difficult times," he said.
It should be noted that the death toll from the coronavirus continues around the world and so far more than 218,000 people have been killed and more than 3.141 million have been infected with the virus.
More than 300 people have been killed in Pakistan so far. A nationwide lockdown is underway due to the virus.
The Prime Minister had set up the Corona Relief Fund for the people affected by the lockdown, which continues to receive donations from various organizations and people.
The previous Pakistan Cricket Board had donated more than Rs 10 million to the Corona Relief Fund on behalf of itself and its employees.
