English Cricket County Somerset has announced that Pakistan's star batsman Babar Azam will be part of the club next season and will be available from May to July this year.

The statement issued by Somerset states that the Prime Minister has performed brilliantly in the 2019 season and will be part of the team again in 2020, subject to the approval of the Pakistan Cricket Board.

According to the club, Prime Minister Tea will be available for the Twenty20 tournament from May 28 to July 3, and will play matches for Somerset in county championship matches.

It should be noted that the Prime Minister was the top batsman of the Season Twenty20 Blast last season, where the young batsman scored 578 runs at an average of 52.35, including a huge 102-run inning.

"Babar Azam is the best batsman in international T20 cricket and his return to the club will be a great addition to us," said Somerset Director Cricket Andy Hori.

Referring to the Prime Minister, he said, "He played a great role for us last season and his statistics are a manifestation of that".
