Worldwide virus affects about 2.2 million people, concerns over easing lockdown

The Coronavirus spread worldwide has affected more than 21,92,000 people and killed more than 147,000, according to new statistics provided in the Chinese city of Wuhan worries Beijing's worries. ۔

Chinese authorities say the data has been re-examined in the past few months, after which a further 1,290 deaths have been recorded in Wuhan, followed by the total deaths in the province of 3,896. At the national level, there were more than 4,600.

The pressure of the public to ease lockdown


Other the Middle East and African countries, including Lebanon, want to ease the lockdown, but global organizations warn that the imitation of Western countries may pose a major health risk to them.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese government is under heavy pressure from its people to ease the lockdown.

It should be noted that the lockdown has been ongoing in Lebanon for the past one month and due to poor and extremely limited medical system in the country, there are fears that the consequences could be extremely dangerous if the virus is transmitted due to the ease of lockdown.
