Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar said today that the name of former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif will be removed from the Exit Control List (ECL) after which he can go wherever he wants for treatment.
Talking to media in Lahore, Punjab Governor said that everyone was concerned about Nawaz Sharif's health.
"We want to send them out of the country as soon as possible, so good, we do not want to take any risk on their health," Chaudhry Sarwar said.
Governor Punjab said that I personally contacted all the institutions and I am confident that today Nawaz Sharif's name will be removed from the ECL.
"We have set up a medical board to treat Nawaz Sharif, we do not want to bring Nawaz Sharif's health into politics," he said.
