Prime Minister Citizen Portal's big success, membership exceeds 1.5 million
Islamabad: The number of members registered on the Pakistan Citizens Portal has exceeded 1.5 lakh; over 18 lakh complaints have been received on the Citizens Portal so far and 17 lakh complaints have been resolved.
According to the details, public confidence in the Pakistan Citizens Portal, which is based on the directive of the Prime Minister, is increasing. A large number of people turned to the Pakistan Citizens Portal to solve the problems.
Spokesman Pakistan Citizens Portal says that the number of registered members on Pakistan Citizens Portal has exceeded 1.5 million and the number of registered members is 1513598, so far more than 18 lakh complaints have been received on the portal, out of which 17 lakh complaints have been resolved and the rest are in the process of resolution.
The spokesman said that up to 92 per cent of the complaints have been resolved overall, Pakistan Citizens Portal is an effective platform for complaints related to government departments, while helping to strengthen public and government confidence.
