According to the report of Cricket Australia, after the bowling action of Muhammad Hasnain was declared illegal, he has been stopped from bowling in all types of cricket. Hasnain will remain suspended for bowling till the correctness of the action.
According to sources, there was an objection to Muhammad Hasnain's test on more than one ball, due to which the bowling action of Muhammad Hasnain is likely to be declared illegal.
According to sources, Muhammad Hasnain will modify his bowling motion and retest. After passing the bowling test, Mohammad Hasnain will return to action.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also stated that the bowling action of Pakistan's young fast bowler Mohammad Hasnain is illegal.
A statement issued by the PCB said that Muhammad Hasnain's bowling action was tested on January 21 in Lahore. Cricket Australia experts declared Hasnain's bowling action illegal, and a detailed report was received today.
A PCB spokesperson said that while delivering good length, full length, bouncer, and slow bouncer, the elbow of Hasnain's arm rises above 15 degrees.
A spokesman for the Pakistan Cricket Board said it was confident that the issue of Muhammad Hasnain's action could be resolved, adding that the PCB would appoint a bowling consultant who would work with Hasnain on bowling action.
According to the PCB spokesperson, on the recommendation of the technical committee of PSL 7, Hasnain is not allowed to participate in the league anymore.
The spokesperson further said that Hasnain would also be suspended from bowling in international cricket till the correctness of illegal bowling action.
The Pakistan Cricket Board will work with the young fast bowler to improve his bowling technique.
Muhammad Hasnain's bowling motion was recently reported during the Australian Big Bash League. Hasnain represents the Sydney Thunders in the Big Bash League.
