A three-member special court, headed by Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth, heard a serious treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf. Prosecutor Ali Zia Bajwa appeared in court and filed a petition filed by the government against Musharraf to amend the crime.

The government has requested that more persons be charged in the serious treason case. Shaukat Aziz, Abdul Hameed Dogar, and Zahid Hamid have been made accused. Prosecutors said that all the accused must go to trial, they also want to make Musharraf's facilitators and accomplices accused.
The court ruled that the Supreme Court had also ruled on the request of Musharraf's co-accused, who was given two weeks' time to issue an amended charge sheet.

Justice Shahid Karim said that the government wants to delay Musharraf's trial? If you want to make someone else accused, file a new case, today the case was fixed for final arguments, then new applications came in three and a half years. Later, such a request means that the intention of the government is not right if the three persons are made accused then the government will bring the request of the former cabinet and the commanders of the corps.

Justice Nazar Akbar told the prosecutor your intention was to spend the day alone, the prosecutor doesn't even know how to file a petition in court. Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth asked the prosecutor to start his final arguments. The prosecutor said that the court should give the government time to file petitions.

Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth said that if you cannot give final arguments, then leave the roster. The special court judges said that this court is bound only by the decisions of the Supreme Court; we are not bound by the Islamabad High Court decision.

Mushtaq's lawyer Raza Bashir argued that the petitioner had filed a petition to record the statement of section 342. Musharraf must get the right to a fair trial.

Justice Nazar Akbar said that Pervez Musharraf had lost the opportunity to record 342 statement six times, therefore the Supreme Court has abolished his right to 342 statement, both the prosecution and Musharraf's lawyer are defending the accused in the case. ۔

The court adjourned the hearing on the completion of today's proceedings
