Lahore High Court reserved judgment on Pervez Musharraf

Lahore High Court reserved judgment on former petitioner General (retd) Pervez Musharraf's petition against special court conviction, the formation of the special court and registration of treason case by the government.

Pervez Musharraf's lawyer Azhar Siddiqui told that the Lahore High Court's verdict is likely to be heard today (January 13th).

A three-member bench of the Lahore High Court comprising Justice Syed Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi, Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti and Justice Chaudhry Masood resumed hearing on the petitions of Pervez Musharraf.

At the commencement of the hearing, Additional Attorney General (AAG) Ishtiaq A Khan appeared on behalf of the federal government and presented summary and records regarding the formation of a special court on behalf of the federal government.
