Implementation of the Ramadan Declaration is a test of scholars

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan says This is a test for scholars implementing a 20-point strategy for adopting protective measures during prayer in Ramadan.

During a press conference in Sialkot, she said that religious scholars play a key role in curbing the spread of the Coronavirus and that they should spread public awareness about the outbreak.

She also distributed personal protective equipment to the media representatives during the press conference.

She said the government was taking strategies to stop the Coronavirus and reduce unemployment.


She said that under the Emergency Emergency Cash Program, Rs. 144 billion has been distributed to the public.

The Assistant Specialist said that the Prime Minister would soon announce a package for small businesses and businesses affected by partial lockdowns.

She said measures were also being taken to curb smuggling and smuggling of food items.

She said that mobile utility stores in remote areas of Ramadan will provide essential goods to the public.
