Government announces eight-day campaign on Kashmir Day

ISLAMABAD: The government has announced a detailed program on solidarity Kashmir Day, emphasizing that it is "effectively" promoting the struggle for independence in the occupied valley.

According to the report, the program was announced by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi during a press conference in the Foreign Office, accompanied by Minister for Communications Murad Saeed, Prime Minister's Assistant Special Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan and Senator Faisal Javed.
