Riyadh: The Saudi Department of Passport has made it clear that it is necessary to leave the country within 60 days after the final exit is imposed on your visa, otherwise a fine of 1,000 rials will be imposed.
In this regard, the Saudi Department of Passport says that a foreigner applying for a final exit has been given the option to stay in the country for a maximum of 60 days so, In this period, this person is considered to be legal in Saudi Arabia so that he can deal with his affairs during this period.
According to the passport department, after 60 days stay in Saudi Arabia will be considered illegal and action will be taken against the person.
The department has explained that a violation of the final exit rules will impose a penalty of 1,000 rials and, at the end of the term, a foreigner will have to cancel his old visa and apply a new final exit.
A spokesman for the department's passport added that if the final exit period expires for 60 days and the foreigner also expires, the final exit will not apply again.
Thereafter, this person will be considered illegal in Saudi Arabia and effective and integrated legal action will be taken against such person.
