Fear of Corona, global organizations exempted employees from attending offices
ISLAMABAD: World organizations in Pakistan have exempted employees from attendance at offices and directed staff to work from home in view of the threat of the Corona virus.
According to details, the number of corona virus patients is increasing steadily, in the wake of the threat of the Corona virus, international organizations in Pakistan have exempted employees from attending the offices.
In Islamabad, World Bank staff were instructed to work from home, while UN agency UNDP also prevented employees from coming to the office.
The UNDP has directed employees to work from homes and not come to the office.
Remember that, the social networking and microblogging website Twitter announced that employees would be working from home, announcing the closure of their offices worldwide in the wake of the Corona virus.
Twitter explained that home-based employees will be paid full salaries or that those who work hourly will be paid the same as paid at the office.
The company issued a statement saying that the expenses that employees will have to pay while they work from home will pay for the administration, as well as the costs it will incur for parents to care for employees. The company will also make full payment.
Earlier, other tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and Google, have to shut down their offices in various countries and directed employees to work from home.
