Blue World Housing Society is illegal, RDA spokesman
On the other hand, referring to Blue World City, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) spokesman Hafiz Mohammad Irfan said that this housing society is illegal which has neither NOC (No Objection Certificate) nor any.
