Approval for Cancellation of Passport for Kartarpur Visitors

The federal cabinet approved the termination of a passport for commuters coming to Kartarpur for one year.
A federal cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan was held in Islamabad in which the overall situation of the economy was reviewed and the decisions made in the previous cabinet meeting were confirmed.
Giving the media briefing after the meeting, Prime Minister's Assistant Special Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed all the federal ministries to finalize the government department's development program in three months. Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that all the challenges related to the economy were reviewed in the cabinet meeting and the direction of the economy was justified.
According to him, the Prime Minister said that all the indicators of the economy are positive and will remain intact, the obstacles of political opponents in this way will not be as useful as Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where the first year was difficult but due to reforms the Pakistan movement Justice (PTI) was given power there again by the people.
He said that the reforms introduced by the government have hindered people benefiting from the status quo, but the Prime Minister once again assured the cabinet that we will not back down our agenda.

He said that in the Federal Cabinet meeting, Major General Muhammad Amir Hameed was also approved to be appointed DG Rangers Punjab.
He said that during the meeting, Dr Ishrat Hussain briefed the Cabinet on the reforms of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), which the Cabinet approved, in light of CDA's management and policy issues. Separated separately.
Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the DDA and MD of the CDA could be taken from the private sector and the federal capital has been directed to complete the reforms in 3 months.
