Make restaurant-style chilli chicken Handi at home
Most women find that chicken handy is not easy to make at home and if made at home, it will not be as lousy as it is in restaurants.
But if that same chicken handi was made in-house with a nice and easy recipe, it would surely be more delicious than restaurants.
It is commonly said that the dishes made in matcha have something unique that gives the food a distinct taste.
Here is a very simple recipe for restaurant-style chicken handcrafted.

Tomatoes: 3 finely chopped
Big Cardamom: One
Small cardamom: 2 to 3 pieces
Solid Pepper: 5 to 6
Faster leaves: 2 leaves
Red pepper: 4 to 5
Salt: Custom taste
Ginger garlic paste: One and a half tablespoons
Celery: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: Custom taste
Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder: One and a half tablespoons
Kashmiri Pepper: A tablespoon of food
Green Chilli: 3 to 4
Cashews: 5 to 6
Yogurt: A torn cup
Chicken: Half a kilo
Oil: Half a cup
Cream: 2 to 3 tablespoons
Hot spice powder: One and a half teaspoons
Grind the onions in the cup with the help of grind, tomatoes, large cardamom, small cardamom, proven black pepper, sharp leaves, dried red pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, celery, cayenne powder, turmeric, coriander powder, Kashmiri cayenne pepper. Add green chillies, cashew nuts and yogurt and mix well.
Add the chicken and mix well again and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Then pour the oil in the handi and add the marinated chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Afterwards, cover the bowl and seal with the flour and let cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn off the stove and mix the cream well in it.
Put the pot on the flame again, add the hot spices and mix well, cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Finally, decorate with green chillies and present them with warm nuns in front of the hot ones.
