Eat peppers, save lives
People who eat chilies have a significantly lower mortality rate due to diseases such as heart attack, swelling of the veins, and stroke.
Rome: After a long and careful study, scientists have announced that people who eat regular peppers have significantly lower rates of heart attacks, swelling of the veins, and stroke than those who do not. They don't use peppers at all or do very little.
According to a report published in the latest issue of the medical research journal "Journal of the American College of Cardiology", the study was conducted in Italy, which lasted for 8 years. It was attended by 22,811 locals, almost equal in number, both men and women aged 35 and over.
