The women have reached the court to hold the last episode of 'Mere Pas Tum Ho'
The woman from Punjab's capital Lahore has approached the court to stop the latest episode of the critically acclaimed drama 'Mere Pas Tum Ho'.

The production team of 'Mere Pas Tum Ho' and the TV channel airing it, ARY Digital, have announced the final episode of the drama to be shown in cinemas including TV on January 25 this month and the fans have been playing. The final episodes are awful to watch.

Although I have been criticized for months for portraying women in negative roles, it is the first time that a woman has gone to court for a play.
Lahore woman Maham Jamshed filed a petition against her lawyer preventing her from broadcasting the final episode of the play in the civil court, accusing the women of the drama being ridiculed and portraying them in a negative role. I tried to misrepresent women.

In the petition filed by Maham Jamshed's lawyer Majid Chaudhry, citing the PEMRA rules, the first episode of a play in Pakistan has been arranged to be shown on the big screen.

In the petition, expert Jamshed took the stand that "Mere Pas Tum Ho" is trying to undermine the woman in society.

The woman claimed that the play did not create positive thoughts in Pakistani women, but the play was trying to promote 'adultery'.

In the petition, the woman also mentioned false statements made by the playwright Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar regarding women.

Jamshed urged the court to instruct the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to prevent the last episode of the play from being aired.

It was also requested that the court issue orders for the final episode of the play to be shown in theatres.

At the request of the woman, the court summoned Pemra, the film censor board, TV channel management and the drama production team.

Be aware that the story of 'Mere Pas Tum Ho' revolves around married couples, depicting a married woman forming a relationship with another married man and divorcing her husband.

The play shows that Mehwish (Ayeza Khan) is a married woman of a poor family who seduces her husband (Humayun Saeed) in the pursuit of money and divorces from rich man 'Shahwar' (Adnan Siddiqui). Wants to marry them by building relationships.

Before the marriage of the two, the rich man returns to the United States from Shahwar's first wife, and in addition to disrespecting Mehwish, sends her rich husband to jail.

The story of the drama has been criticized by many people, but the interesting thing is that despite the criticism, the drama is being watched a lot and there is still some debate about the drama on social media.
