Neelam Muneer did an item song in her movie, “Kaaf Kangna”. She defends herself saying, “As this movie is a project of ISPR, that’s why I did this item song. This is my first and last item song of my life. And I am proud of it. I can do anything for Pakistan. I am patriotic enough.
