Leading Pakistani actor and singer Mohsin Abbas Haider has denied reports of his arrest by the Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) cybercrime wing on the complaint of his ex-wife Fatima Sohail. It may be recalled that last year, Fatima Sohail had accused Mohsin Abbas of torturing her on social media and the two later parted ways.
After which the news was circulating on social media yesterday that FIA Cyber Crime has arrested Mohsin Abbas and model Nazish Jahangir on the complaint of Fatima Sohail. Meanwhile, the actor's ex-wife Fatima Sohail shared the report of the arrest of Mohsin Abbas and Nazish Jahangir in a post on Facebook's photo-sharing app Instagram.
She wrote that after a long war against injustice with me and my son, the FIA finally found Mohsin Abbas and model Nazish Jahangir guilty. Fatima Sohail further said that fake videos and posts kept circulating against me and I was harassed on social media. I remained silent for a long time as the court proceedings were going on.
"The FIA has investigated the matter and I am hopeful that I will get justice soon," she added.

She further wrote in his post that I request all of you to remember me in your prayers, both of them were detained from their apartment in Karachi. On his post, some users criticized Mohsin Abbas for blaming him, while others encouraged him.
Responding to user comments, Fatima Sohail also said that the meaning of the interrogation is either you don't know or they don't know, except for the interrogation last night, now it is also on Monday, Tuesday (August 24 and 25). As soon as the evidence comes, these people will come to their end.
Fatima Sohail added that the FIA had some evidence on the basis of which they were arrested.
