Muneeb Butt, a well-known model, and actor in the Pakistani TV industry say that it is his personal opinion that dramas like 'Ertugrul' are not made in the industry because of the Pakistani people because the channel owners make what they want to see.
Since April this year, on the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Pakistani state-run TV drama series 'Diriliş Ertuğrul' has been dubbed into Urdu and aired under the name of Ertugrul Ghazi, which has set new records in Pakistan. And the people liked this drama to the extent of insanity, after which the people in the country also seemed to speak in favor of making dramas based on historical and Islamic events like Ertugrul.
The drama was not only very popular among the people but also many famous personalities. And the showbiz stars are also fascinated by this drama. Among them is Pakistani actor and model Muneeb Butt. In an interview with Muneeb Butt, he said that since the arrival of Ertugrul Ghazi in Pakistan, most people have turned against the Pakistani industry and are criticizing Pakistani actors and dramas. My personal opinion in this regard is that dramas like 'Ertugrul' are rarely made.

Muneeb Butt said, "I myself am a big fan of this drama. All my family members including me watch this drama and I think my family members did not watch any of my dramas in the way they would all be watching Ertugrul." But the reality is that a level has been set after this drama and fans are now measuring all Pakistani dramas on the same scale.
The actor said that like some time ago people were haunted by dramas like 'I have you' and now Ertugrul Ghazi has come which is a good thing but the disadvantage is that after that fingers are being pointed at our industry that we Why don't people make dramas based on such historical and Islamic events?
Muneeb Butt added, "I think it is very important to make people understand that not only we are to blame for the criticism being leveled at the Pakistani industry, but the people are equally involved because they want to see or buy something." Channel owners will show the same thing and we know what kind of content people want to see, so we have to do the same dramas. If people stop watching, such dramas will stop being made.
The actor said that in our TV industry, I don't like the affair of a daughter-in-law with someone else's sister-in-law or father-in-law's affair with daughter-in-law and it also looks very strange when a lot is happening in the society. It happens but it is not necessary to show everything but people probably want to see it so many dramas are constantly made.
