In a tweet on the social networking site Twitter, Hamza Ali Abbasi said that he was writing a book and that it would obviously be about God. Hamza Ali Abbasi said in his tweet that he hopes that his book will be completed by June 2021.

The actor further wrote that while completing the book, he will be inactive on social media for some time. Later, on November 14 last year, Hamza Ali Abbasi also released a special video announcing his departure from acting, after which his fans were very sad to hear this news. However, in a Twitter message on March 2, he made it clear that he has not quit acting but has been away for some time.
The actor further wrote, "I just took a long break so that I could make time for my religion. Hopefully, along with making projects, I will also act in projects that are made keeping in mind the limits that Allah has given us. Later in September this year, when asked by Ahmed Ali Butt, the host of the private TV Express reality comedy show 'Kasoti Online', to leave Showbiz, Hamza Ali Abbasi had clarified that he did not say goodbye to Showbiz but They took a break.
